Caroline Needham (2616 votes)

Caroline Needham has lived in the Borough for 40 years. She and her husband Steve met through their work for SHELTER and have raised three sons now in their twenties.

Caroline worked in education and training, specialising in assisting people to access vocational training, work experience and job opportunities.

She set up Intermedia, a pioneering specialist careers advice and training agency for the creative industries based in White City. Caroline has recently retired from managing Social Policy Research for Help the Aged. She enjoys going to the theatre and gardening.

Lisa Homan (2304 votes)

Lisa Homan was a sitting Councillor for Askew ward and has lived in the Borough for over 26 years. She is married to Rob and they have a 22- year-old daughter, Rhiannon.

She is a Trustee of the Fulham Citizens Advice Bureau, was a school governor in the Borough for 13 years and Chair of the Old Oak Housing Association for 11, standing down last September.

Lisa is also a keen Chelsea FC supporter.

Rory Vaughan (2346 votes)

Rory Vaughan was a sitting Councillor for Askew and has lived in the Borough for over 12 years. He works as an advisor on financial services regulation. He and his wife, Anne, have a young son.

Rory leads on Adult Services for the Labour Group on the Council and has campaigned for improved services for older and disabled residents. Rory has also previously served as a governor of several local schools and as a Director of local environmental charity, Groundwork West London.

Rory enjoys playing football, reading, walking and travel.
