The West 12 Showcase is looking for acts for its next concert on August 23.

The borough's 13-21-year-olds who want to share their talent - singing, rapping or dancing - are invited to attend auditions being held on July 11-12, at 12pm – 3.30pm at the Small Hall in Hammersmith Town Hall.

The last Showcase event took place at Bush Hall in April and was organised by Hammersmith & Fulham Council's street warden team.

Street warden supervisor Allan Richards said the event, which began in 2004, brought 'unity to the community'.

"There is an obvious need for more events like the West 12 showcase to give the young and talented a platform where they can perform and express themselves," he added.

If you would like to take part, contact Allan Richards at allan.richards@lbhf.gov.uk or phone 020 8753 3195 or 07980 215632.
