If you are generally in good heath, aged 17 to 65 (if it's your first time) and weigh at least 7st 12Ib, you can donate. You can give blood every 16 weeks, that's approximately every four months. Local sessions will be held at:

Shepherd's Bush Village Hall on Tuesday 9 February
12:45 to 15:30 and 17:00 to 19:30

Charing Cross Hospital (Sports Hall) on Tuesday 26 January 09:45 to 12:30 and 14:00 to 16:30

Sion Manning School, St. Charles Square, North Kensington on Sunday 21 February 09:15 to 12:30 and 14:00 to 16:00

When you have decided where you would like to donate, it is recommended that you book an appointment. Those without appointments are still welcome to turn up, but may need to wait until those with an appointment have been seen.

Please remember to have something to eat and drink before you give blood.
