If you live in the Old Oak and College Park area and are looking for work, visit the Old Oak  Jobs and Advice Fair and get information on jobs, apprenticeships, benefits and debt advice, childcare, work experience and much more.

The Old Oak Jobs and Advice Fair takes place today, Monday 29 September, from 1pm to 4pm at Old Oak Community Centre, 76 Braybrook Street W12 0AP. There is no need to book a place - Just drop in.

H&F Council in partnership with Old Oak Housing Association is holding the jobs fair to help people in the north of the borough who are looking for work. There will be lots of help and advice on offer, plus the chance to find out about live job vacancies locally, including Christmas jobs.

“The day is about helping people to overcome some of the barriers to getting a job,” says Councillor Andrew Jones, Cabinet Member for Economic Development and Regeneration. “Do you need new skills, advice on childcare or help with your CV? Come and talk to us about any of these issues and we will try and help you find work. It’s an opportunity not to be missed.”
