A meeting offering an update on the Listening Campaign aiming to make Askew Road plastic free is being held upstairs at the Duchess W6 tomorrow, Tuesday 2 April, starting at 6.30pm and finishing by 8pm.

Local businesses and shoppers are welcome to attend but are asked email annie@askewbusiness.co.uk to say you will be attending.

The campaign is inspired by Makayla Drummond Murray of The Source Bulkfoods in Turnham Green,  pictured above, who spoke in November to a group of local people at a meeting of the Askew Business Network in November.

The Source Bulkfoods, offer over 450 bulk foods including organic wholefoods, cooking liquids and oils, healthy snacks and sustainable personal and household products, all plastic free with shoppers encouraged to bring their own reuseable containers.
