Hammersmith and Fulham Council is launching a consultation on introducing a 20mph speed limit on the borough's roads at a public meeting tomorrow, Tuesday June 9 at 7pm.

The council says its plans have already attracted hundreds of comments - both for and against - on its website and as well as attending the meeting, hosted by the Policy and Accountability Committee for Community Safety, Environment and Residents Services, residents and businesses can have their say by visiting the consultation online, or by responding to the letter the council is sending to all households in the borough,

More details are available here and the council says full consultation documents with questionnaires will be sent to every home in the borough following the June 9 meeting.
