The Palestine Solidarity Campaign is holding a public meeting on Thursday October 6 at 7pm at Rivercourt Methodist Church in Hammersmith's King Street.

The campaign says with settlement expansion, evictions, demolitions, discriminatory laws, Palestinians living in East Jerusalem are under threat as is the status of the city as a spiritual centre for the three Abrahamic religions and as the capital of a future Palestinian state

A panel of speakers will address one of the key issues of the Israeli/Palestinian conflict:

Dr. Ghada Karmi – Palestinian writer ('In Search of Fatima'; 'Married to Another Man'), fellow and lecturer at the Institute of Arab & Islamic Studies, University of Exeter.  

Rev. Stephen Sizer – Pastor of the community church of Christ Church, Virginia Water, Surrey, writer on Christian Zionism & patron of many organizations such as Friends of Sabeel & ICAHD

Arthur Goodman – Chair of Jews for Justice for Palestinians

Dr. Daud Abdullah – Director of the Middle East Monitor, author and former Asst. Sec. Gen. of the Muslim Council of Britain

Admission to the meeting is free and everyone is invited.
