Storms Leave Much of West London Without Water

Thames Water says engineers working to restore supply

Large areas of West London, including Hammersmith and Fulham have been left without water on Sunday following this morning's storms.

Thames Water says on its website that SW3,5,6,7 & 10, W3, W6 & W14 have no water or low pressure due to a failure at one of its sites.

A spokesman adds: " Recent storms have affected our water boosters at Putney.

" This is causing low pressure to the network in the following postcodes – SW3, SW5, SW6, SW7, SW10, W3, W6 and W14.

" Our engineers are working to restore water to the area and we are very sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing."

We'll bring you updates as we receive them.
