Hear Fran Warde Talk about The Little Book of Chocolat

Food writer is guest of Askew Business Network on Thursday

The Askew Business Network hosts a talk by Fran Warde on her new book The Little Book of Chocolat on Thursday Mach 20.

Joanne Harris’s Chocolat trilogy has tantalized readers with its sensuous descriptions of chocolate since it was first published. Now, to celebrate the much-loved story of Vianne Rocher’s deliciously decadent chocolaterie, Joanne Harris and food writer Fran Warde have created the ultimate book of chocolate lore and recipes from around the world, bringing a touch of magic to your kitchen.

The meeting takes place on Thursday March 20 at The Greyhound in Becklow Road. Doors open at 6pm and Fran will speak at 7pm with general networking before and after.

The network will also be holding their regular monthly Grab a Bite Lunch at the Duchess of Cambridge pub at 320 Goldhawk Road on Tuesday March 25 at 12.30pm.

Anyone living or working in the Askew Road area is welcome to come along and entry is free - just order your food or drink at the bar and join in.
