Blaze on Monday afternoon tackled by crews from Hammersmith
The man was treated by London Ambulance Service crews at the scene.
London Fire Brigade say that a part of the building's second floor was damaged by the fire.
The Brigade says it was called at 4.19pm and the fire was under control by 4.47pm.
The blaze was tackled by fire crews from Hammersmith fire station.
