If you have then you have my sympathy! I am now into the second week and am just about starting to feel human (well as much as that is possible.....hehe!)

ecinachea - best in liquid form. You can get it from boots and you take 16 drops in a little water every few hours from first sign of a bug and sometimes it drives it away altogether and even the noxious ones it diminishes the horrid effects. Or does for me anyhow.

If you are saying your hubby has been poorly then he truly must have been......obviously not a case of man flu!Re the eci watsit.......what is it, I mean is it liquid or tablets and what do you take it to relieve?

There's been a vicious bug going round this autumn/winter. My husbnad has been poorly for weeks (well enough for Arsenal and end of term party but coughing fretfully when not cherished.) Actually he was properly ill for a week of more. I had it too but much diminished by ecinachea which is brill but unspellable. Works though.
Have me furry blanky and two moggies for company.......
Hope your better soon Carol, keep warm under the Duvet, or whatever!

Must have got chilled admiring the Sunset!
If it is in to Week 2 Carol, that sounds like the real thing and not just a bad cold.Wondered where you had got to, your obviously far too young to qualify for a flu jab!
