Help required with survey...

Hi,I'm doing some web based research with regards to the Governments 5x30 initiative and need people to fill in my questionnaire. You don't have to register, it is confidential and there are only five questions. Or the wrong sort of shoes...I treked from Tothill st - near Westminster Abbey - to the Young Vic last night and it was cold and wet and my shoes hurt and I thought of George Gissing's Odd Women who used to walk daily from Balham to Oxford Circus (no wonder the weaker one needed a tot of brandy at Victoria Station)

I know I was jesting but seriously anything that can get people doing a bit more exercise is a good thing.  I'm lucky that I have a 30 minute walk to work and the same home, and always go out for some air at lunchtime but am astonished that some of my colleagues will get on the tube from White City/Wood Lane to go one stop.....I just think in the time they have waited for the train, crammed in to a crowded carriage, taken in all the smells and germs, they could have walked!  Obviously if there is a reason cannot walk but for the majority it is just pure laziness.

The one in Kilburn is quite discreet and, though it could be good for a laugh all round, might also do a bit of the trick.

Hmm not sure about doing exercises in a public park.....would be very embarrassing for me but very humourous for anybody watching.  Mind you if there were a few hunky guys flexing their bi/triceps it would certainly get my heart going!

Dunnit - but wasn't very imaginative.What I would love is one of the free outdoor gyms you sometimes see in parks - there's one in Kilburn and it's fun - maybe one wouldn't do 30 minutes every day but I could see doing 15 mins if you lived nearby.
