Home Instead Hammersmith & Chiswick offer specialist care for people living with the neurological condition (Ad)

Thanks to a partnership with Parkinson’s UK, we offer specialist care for people living with the neurological condition.

We have Care Professionals who have undergone a training programme developed as a result of Home Instead’s affiliation with Parkinson’s UK. The Care Pros are our official ‘Parkinson’s Partners’ as they are equipped with the knowledge and expertise to give people with the condition a healthy, safe and comfortable life at home.

Our Parkinson’s trained Care Pros provide care in areas such as the following:-

• Meal planning and nutrition: ensuring clients consume the right food and can eat meals comfortably.
• Mobility: giving the support to get out and about, as well as live safely at home.
• Personal care: managing the impact of Parkinson’s on aspects of wellbeing, such as skin and oral care.
• Exercise and activities: physical activities and mindfulness to maintain overall health and wellbeing.

Individuals and families affected by Parkinson’s should know that they have a choice when faced with a diagnosis. Living at home and enjoying the life you have always known can continue. Our CAREGivers will help prevent the condition from getting worse.
