Younis Tsouli of Richmond Way accused of bomb plot
A man from Richmond Way in Shepherd's Bush is one of three people who have been charged with offences relating to terrorism.
Younis Tsouli, aged 22, is accused of conspiracy to murder and conspiracy to cause an explosion as well as offences under the Terrorism Act. He is charged along side Waseem Mughal of Chatham in Kent and Tariq Al-Daour of Paddington. The men are due to appear at Bow Streets Magistrates Court.
The police are claiming that an examination of Tsouli's computer's hard-drive showed that he had a video slide show of instructions on how to make a car bomb. There were also video pictures of an address in Washington DC which police believe there is a reasonable suspicion that they were there in connection with a planned terrorist attack. He is also charged with conspiracy to cause an explosion in the United Kingdom and offences relating to credit card fraud.
