Local train services affected by engineering works

If you are planning to travel, the following lines are affected by engineering works in the coming weeks.

From Friday 27 until Monday 30 December

No service between Edgware Road / South Kensington and Ealing Broadway / Kensington (Olympia) / Richmond / Wimbledon. Replacement buses operate, and Piccadilly line trains call additionally at Ravenscourt Park, Stamford Brook, Turnham Green and Chiswick Park, with some trains operating to Ealing Broadway.

Service A: Wimbledon - Wimbledon Park - Southfields - East Putney - Putney Bridge - Hammersmith

Service B: Wimbledon - Putney Bridge - Parsons Green - Fulham Broadway - West Brompton - Earl's Court

Service C: Richmond - Kew Gardens Victoria Gate - Gunnersbury - Chiswick Park - Turnham Green (for Piccadilly line)

From Boxing Day, 26 December until Monday 30 December

Piccadilly line trains call additionally at Ravenscourt Park, Stamford Brook, Turnham Green and Chiswick Park throughout the day, and some trains will be diverted to/from Ealing Broadway. This is due to major track replacement works at Earl's Court affecting the District line.

Sunday 29 December

All lines in the Twickenham area will be closed all day Sunday for essential maintenance work.

• There will be no train service between Richmond and Feltham / Hounslow or between Richmond and Teddington.
• Trains between London Waterloo and Reading will be diverted, calling at Kew Bridge and Hounslow instead of Richmond and Twickenham.
• An hourly train service will run between London Waterloo and Windsor & Eton, calling at Kew Bridge and Hounslow instead of Richmond and Twickenham.
• Bus services will run between Richmond and Hounslow to connect with the above train services.
• “Kingston Loop” services will be altered to run between London Waterloo and Shepperton via Wimbledon. Bus services will run between Teddington and Richmond to connect with these trains.
• A shuttle train service will run between London Waterloo and Richmond, calling at all stations.

New Year's Day (Wednesday 1 January)

No service between Earl's Court and Kensington (Olympia).

Sunday 19 January

No service between Turnham Green and Richmond. Replacement buses operate.

Turnham Green - Gunnersbury - Kew Gardens - Richmond

Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 January

No service between Turnham Green and Richmond. Replacement buses operate.

Turnham Green - Gunnersbury - Kew Gardens - Richmond.
