Forthcoming Disruption on Public Transport


Tubes and trains services affected by engineering work and strikes

TfL says this information changes frequently. Check before you travel.

Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 April

Engineering work is taking place between Shepherd's Bush and Watford Junction, closing various lines.

After 20:00 on Saturday until 12:00 on Sunday, and again after 21:00 on Sunday, no trains will run between Shepherd's Bush and Watford Junction.

Ticket acceptance: You can use alternative Southern services between Clapham Junction and London Victoria, London Underground between Victoria and Euston, and London Overground / London Northwestern Railway between London Euston and Watford Junction.

Good Friday 7, Saturday 8, Sunday 9 and Easter Monday 10 April

A reduced service operates between Paddington and Heathrow / Maidenhead. In addition, Elizabeth line trains will not serve Heathrow Terminal 5, use Heathrow Express connections. Two trains per hour will serve West Drayton, Langley, Slough, Burnham and Maidenhead, and four trains per hour will serve Ealing Broadway, Southall and Hayes & Harlington. This is due to signalling system upgrade works.

District line

Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 April

No service between Turnham Green and Richmond.

South Western Railway

Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 April

The lines in the Hounslow area will be closed all weekend due to maintenance work.

Saturday

London Waterloo to Weybridge via Staines services will be diverted between Barnes and Feltham and will call additionally at Richmond and Twickenham.

Buses will run between Barnes and Feltham via Hounslow.

Sunday

London Waterloo to Woking via Staines services will be revised. These services will be diverted between Barnes and Feltham and will call additionally at Richmond and Twickenham.
Buses will run between Barnes and Feltham via Hounslow.

The afternoon and evening London Waterloo to Kingston via Hounslow services will not run.
Buses will run between Barnes and Twickenham via Hounslow (afternoon and evening only).

South Western Railway

Sunday 30 April and Monday 1 May
