The Champions want you to play for them

On Sunday 7th September, Wasps will host a fun day at their training ground which will be attended by some of the Guinness Premiership champion's international rugby stars.

The day starts with mini and youth training and registration at 10.00am followed by Hog Roast, BBQ and Bar from 11.00am.

Wasp's ground is at Twyford Avenue behind Twyford School in Acton.

The club runs teams from U7 to U17s and is keen for anybody interested in taking up the sport to come along and give it a try. Most age groups run more than one team to give opportunities to developing players.

Although the teams share facilities with players like Danny Cipriani and Paul Sackey membership of minis and youth squads is not vetted by ability.

Minis rugby runs to the U12 age group and both boys and girls can take part. Youth rugby starts at U13s and is just for boys.

The club is particularly wants to encourage boys and girls from schools where rugby is not played to come along. Wherever you are based, whatever age, whatever your skill level, you will find a friendly home and support for your rugby at Wasps.
