Learn the art of couture cake-making with Little Venice Cake Company founder, Mich Turner
A one-night only class for all budding and accomplished cake decorators and those wishing to learn new techniques. In this summer-inspired workshop, Mich will show you how to decorate your own cake, which will be yours to take home at the end of the evening. She will also give an exclusive talk and sign copies of her two books, Spectacular Cakes and Fantastic Party Cakes.
The class takes place from 6.30-8.30pm on Wednesday 14 May 2008 at Leiths School of Food and Wine, 16-20 Wendell Road, W12. Price: £79 per person.
