In contrast to the troubles of the adjacent Riverside Studios, Sam Harrison, owner of Sam’s Riverside brasserie and deli Sam’s Larder is expanding his empire in Hammersmith’s Crisp Road by adding a new cafe.

Sam’s Kitchen will open its doors later this month on the site of the former Cafe Plum and is now hunting for exceptional hospitality staff to make the new venture “the best cafe in West London”

A recruitment day is being held next Wednesday, April 12, with passionate chefs, waiters and baristas invited to drop in to Sam’s Riverside between 10am and 5pm or visit the website to find out more at www.samsriverside.co.uk.

Sam says his new Kitchen is something he has always wanted to launch and aims to create "the perfect little local corner café".

The cafe will serve breakfast, brunch and lunch with dishes including a Full English, Hash and Eggs, chilli- poached eggs and beetroot topped toasts, plus breakfast buns on offer all day, including one with bacon chops, crispy eggs and sweet onion marmalade.

Sam’s empire is also spreading across West London, with Larders now open in Chiswick and Brentford, and plans to open a second Waterside restaurant in Brentford.
