An exhibition of the 1908 Games at White City
In celebration of the centenary of the 1908 Olympics, Fulham Palace Museum is holding an exhibition on "The Great White city: The Franco-British Exhibition & the 1908 Olympics".
Through photographs and artefacts of the time, the exhibition will tell the story of the how the Olympic Games came to be held in W12, the controversies surrounding the Games and how the 1908 competition came to set many of the rules and standards for future Olympics.
You will also find out how the famous Franco-British Exhibition came into being in White City.
