Cyclist Hit By Lorry on Wood Lane

An appeal is being made for witnesses to a collision between a lorry and a cyclist in Shepherd’s Bush this Wednesday morning (12 July).

The incident occurred shortly before 11.50 am on Wood Lane at the junction with Caverswall Street, W12.

The cyclist, a woman aged in her fifties, was taken to a central London hospital where she remains in a stable condition. Her injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

The driver of the lorry stopped at the scene.

Detectives from the Met’s Roads and Transport Policing Command are investigating.
