Police hunting for an escaped prisoner believe he may have fled to Shepherd’s Bush or White City.

28-year-old Terry Mcdonagh absconded from HMP Springhill near Aylesbury at around 5.35pm on Sunday 6 September

He was serving a sentenced for Section 18 GBH with intent and dangerous driving.

He is described as a white man, around 6ft tall, broad/heavy build, with dark brown shaved hair and blue eyes.

Investigating officer, Detective Sergeant Justin Harris of Thames Valley CID based at Aylesbury police station, said, “We are appealing for information to trace McDonagh on suspicion of escaping from lawful custody.

“We would ask anyone with information as to his whereabouts, or anyone who might have seen someone matching his description to come forward.

“Anyone who sees him should not approach him but call Thames Valley Police on 999 quoting reference 43200279178, or if you have information as to his whereabouts please call 101.”
