Fill out a questionnaire in November
Hammersmith and Fulham residents are being asked what they think of NHS community healthcare during “Ask Your Patients Week”.
From Monday 10th to Saturday 15th November everyone who uses services such as district nursing, health visiting, podiatry, physiotherapy, speech & language therapy and a range of other nurse/therapist led services, will be asked to fill in a questionnaire.
The survey is not looking at GP or hospital services.
Keith Stone, Chief Operating Officer for Hammersmith and Fulham community services, said: “The personal experience people have when they’re seen by our clinicians is as important as the quality of the treatment they get. The aim of the survey is to spot where improvements are needed and help us deliver better care to local people. Last year’s survey was very positive with 630 responses and 91% of patients saying their overall experience of our services was either ‘good’ or ‘excellent’.
“This year we’re hoping for an even bigger response. We want to hear everyone’s views good and bad to help us improve the quality of local services.”
