Help choose the UK's Eurovision entry
Free tickets are available for " Eurovision: Your Country Needs You!, hosted by Graham Norton at BBC Television Centre in Wood Lane.
Over four weeks in January, the public will decide which act out of six finalists will represent the UK in May 2009.
Recordings take place on Saturday 10, 17, 24 and 31 January.
Tickets will be allocated at random and there is a maximum of four tickets and one recording per household.
Featuring special musical guests and celebrating the spirit of Eurovision, audience members are asked to come dressed for a night on the town.
The studio will be made up of a seating and standing area and those with access requirements are asked to make this clear when they apply.
Phonelines and webform applications are open until Monday 15 December at 5pm.
No applications will be accepted after this date and time.
You will only be notified if you are successful in the random draw by receipt of tickets.
