With live music, food, crafts, family fun and a visit from Hellp Kitty
The party will include live music, family activities, Japanese food and a visit from special guest Hello Kitty!

The party is being held to celebrate the regeneration of the garden, which is all that remains of the 1910 Japan-British Exhibition in White City.
The party, hosted by the Japan Society, together with the Embassy of Japan and the Friends of Hammersmith Park, will unveil a new avenue of stone lanterns and a wooden entrance gate.
There will also be taiko drumming, ramen, family friendly activities such as origami and calligraphy and two special performances by contemporary Japanese artists Ichi and Hatis Noit.
Children and adults alike can make their own Japanese lantern to take home, learn to write their name in Japanese, try on a kimono, fold some origami, and of course, meet Hello Kitty herself!
There is no need to book a place at the party - just drop into the park in Batman Close, behind Television Centre at any time during the afternoon.
